TrawellTag Cover-More, the market leaders in travel ancillary services like global, medical and concierge assistance, luggage tracking, travel insurance, and global SIM conducted it’s ‘Travel Agents Engagement Programme’ first time in Mumbai, exclusively for ETAA and IAAI travel agents at Hotel Ajantha on November 8, 2014. This is the seventh in the national series after Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Indore and Vizag but first time a jointly held affair.
The Travel Agent’s Engagement Programme is a highly successful internationally acclaimed certified programme. The engagement programme aims to be a productive step towards achieving higher quality of travel ancillary sales and also help increasing penetration and improving cross selling skills among travel agents.
Speaking on the occasion, Dev Karvat, managing director, TrawellTag Cover-More, said, “We are glad to see travel trade associations like ETAA and IAAI approaching us for conducting engaging programmes for Travel Agents. This gives us a platform to educate the travel agents on beneficial skills for business growth. Such initiates should be promoted to achieve better and higher quality of travel ancillary sales.
