Celebrate Queen’s Day with KLM

Rejoice the biggest and the most colorful festival of Netherlands, Koninginnedag or Queen’s Day with KLM as the group sets off its passengers giving them a taste of the celebrations. Celebrated on April 30, the Dutch commemorate Koninginnedag as the birthday of the country’s Queen and is thus the national holiday in the Netherlands.

KLM plans to welcome all its passengers flying ex Delhi by KL872 on April 30, 2013 at check-in counters with scrumptious packs of Stroopwaffels and little girls will be gifted attractive crowns each giving a feel of the much awaited and celebrated festival of Netherlands.

Commenting on the occasion, Yeshwant Pawar, general manager – South Asia for Air France KLM said, “These celebrations are a part of KLM’s customer oriented approach, especially for the Indian market. Emphasizing on the focal point of this initiative, we aim to connect and acquaint our valued passengers with the spirit of Netherlands festivities.”

To add to the festive spirit, staff will be seen in orange attire, check-in counters would be decked up in orange and blue with special Queen’s Day buntings and much more.
