Club Mahindra, aims to expand its network in the SAARC region with plans to fore into Sri Lanka and Bhutan. The aim is to provide its customer base more destinations to choose from both national and international. The company has also invested further in technology and has built a strong back office system to meet and address customer needs and to bring in a rather seamless guest feedback and delivery system. The club also also introduced Club M Select, which is an exclusive members-only program promising to them a curation of premium products and offerings.
