Mars Enterprises launches theme-based luxury business hotel in Mumbai

Mars Enterprises has launched a theme-based business luxury hotel comprising of 95 room inventory near Sahar Airport, Mumbai. The rooms (10 suites and 85 rooms) are based on themes inspired by the elements of nature- marine, rainforest, fire, mountain and glacier. The total cost of the project is US$ 125 million out of which the company has already invested US$ 25 million.

Talking about the investment done for the project, Sanjay Narang, president, Mars Enterprises said, “The Waterstones integrated development project comprises a club, hotel and serviced residences and offices. Out of the total investment, the company has already invested US$ 25 million and the remaining amount will be invested in the third phase for the launch of the serviced apartments. We expect the serviced residences to be operational in the next two and half years.”

When asked about the company’s future plans, Narang added, “We want to first concentrate on this project and based on the success we will then consider to expand. However, we are looking at Bengaluru but nothing is concrete yet.”

Bruno Loosli, CEO, Waterstones Hotels said, “The hotel has six meetings and conference rooms which can accommodate 80-120 persons.
