Hash10 WorldSim appoints Nomad Travels as Maharashtra distributor

Hash10 WorldSim, global roaming sim card company, recently launched its operations in Maharashtra by appointing Nomad Travel as its authorised distributor. Nomad Travels has signed agreements with Sampat Travels and Srishti Travels in Mumbai as sub-distributors and is also looking for other agencies across Maharashtra for the same. Hash10 Telecom transformed after its partnership with UK-based WorldSim. Hash10 has the right to market WorldSim products across India. 

Hash10 WorldSim has opened outlets in Hyderabad and Kochi in the first phase and is presently in the process of expanding across Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi. Abu Tahir, managing director, Hash10 WorldSim said, “We plan to increase our presence across all international airports with a vision to have a pan India presence over the next two years. The card cost Rs 3,000 with an in-built talk time of Rs 500 that can be topped up as per one’s need.

The user will be given a permanent world number which never expires and can be retained as long as one wants.” For distribution, the company currently in talks with three Indian carriers, Jet Airways, Air India and Kingfisher Airlines, for in-flight sales of Hash10 WorldSim. The company has been distributing these cards on 14 other international airlines including Lufthansa Airways, Air Arabia, Virgin Atlantic, etc.

Speaking about the association with Hash10 WorldSim, Ajay Prakash, chief executive, Nomad Travels said, “It is an alternate revenue source earning for travel agents. The idea is to upsell to increase your bottomlines.”

WorldSim offers coverage in over 220 countries, free incoming in over 90 countries and cheap call forwarding in other countries where incoming is not free. It also allows receiving free SMS across the world.
