Tahiti DMC Group appoints Outbound Konnections as their India representative

Taking a progressive step forward in the Indian market to expand its horizons in the booming tourism scenario, Tahiti DMC Group, destination management company of Tahiti and her Islands comprises of ‘Tahiti Nui Travel’, ‘Tekura Tahiti Travel’ and ‘Tahiti Tours’ has appointed Outbound Konnections, as their sales and marketing representative for India markets.

Diana Chin Choi said, “The group witnessed an exponential growth, by capturing about 43 per cent of market share from the Indian outbound tourism sector for the year 2014. The growing disposable income with changing lifestyle makes India a high potential market for Tahiti and Hers Islands.

Raphaela Taufa said, “Though, the total numbers of Indian arrivals to the Polynesian countries are not huge but the growth we have tasted year on year, has established a strong belief in making our inroads and taking the first step into India market.”

Outbound Konnections would be the local representative of Tahiti DMC Group and would be responsible for aggressive sales and tourist promotion activities including travel trade servicing, and soft public relations.
