SOTC has launched its post-sale customer app Engage, allowing customers to seamlessly manage their holidays. The offers the following to customers:

  • Documentation formats and visa forms available on the APP
  • Know their visa requirements
  • Track their visa status
  • Pay online
  • Update / amend their personal details
  • Purchase additional excursions
  • Purchase SOTC merchandise
  • Manage their deviations
  • Make their holiday paperless – all invoices, receipts, final vouchers on their APP
  • Rate the services and provide feedback

Speaking about the app, Daniel D’souza, head – sales, India and NRI markets, SOTC Travel said, “In keeping with our constant endeavour to stay aligned with our customers’ needs and expectations we have launched the SOTC Engage app. Personalising the customer experience, this exceptional service makes the holiday planning process easy for them.
