MTDC & ND Studios come together to celebrate 4-day long talent extravaganza

Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) in their constant effort to provide unique experiences for the travellers have recently collaborated with ND Studios.

ND Studios was established by Nitin Chandrakant Desai in order to create a place where art can flourish without any restrictions. In their constant endeavour to promote art and culture in the state, they are introducing the mobile talent street in ND Film World, Karjat where artists from different walks of life can participate and display their talent.

The mobile talent street starts from Saturday,  April 28th and ends on Tuesday,  May 1st 2018 from 10 am to 8 pm in Karjat on the occasion of Maha Filmotsav 2018. The venue also gives the visitors a lifetime experience to explore the diversity of Bollywood sets and get mesmerised by the larger than life stature. The stalls will exhibit caricatures, sculptures, pottery, Warli paintings, jewellery, origami artwork, acrylic paintings, fulkari work, digital paintings among others. There will be stalls which will focus on various delectable cuisines from around the country. The main attraction of the event will be a 7D ride, the first of its kind in the country which will help the visitors to experience different tourist hotspots in the country.

Vijay Waghmare, managing director, MDTc said, “Maharashtra has so much talent and the aspiring artists have a desire to perform. This podium will help various art forms, which will boost confidence of budding artists across the state. I believe this is a showcase for the visitors to discover Bollywood and its hidden treasures.”

Swati Kale, general manager, MDTc said, “We are delighted to initiate our Mobile Talent Street by collaborating with ND Studios in Karjat. The promising artists can explore their talents and gain appreciation in the areas they excel. We are also looking forward to initiating the mobile talent street in the city and across the state to welcome the young talents and make this initiative a huge success in days to come. We are also offering a 7D Ride, first of its kind in India which will offer the visitors to explore and feel the weather of the leading tourism hotspot in few seconds.”

Nitin Chandrakant Desai, veteran art director and production designer said, “I feel very optimistic by associating with MTDC’s Mahabhraman initiative. Through MTDC initiative, I have an opportunity to offer a platform to the visitors to explore cinema and behind the camera scenes. I am also looking forward to be a part of mobile talent street that focuses at giving emerging artists from across the state a stage to showcase their artwork and try to gain recognition at ND Film’s World, India’s First ever Bollywood theme park in Karjat.”
