Goa Tourism becomes fastest growing travel brand on social media

Goa Tourism has emerged as the fastest growing travel brand on social media as per a recent survey – Decoding Travel – conducted by TravHQ. A total of 25 brands from five different industry verticals including airlines, hotels, metasearch, destinations and OTAs were chosen for the survey.

Goa Tourism emerged to be the fastest growing brand among all the industry segments taken into consideration with a growth rate of over four per cent. Some destinations are relatively new to social media, but like it is with most of the popular destinations, the destination’s popularity in the real world, translates to social media growth in the virtual world.
