Mayurbhanj is also known for its cultural heritage and handicrafts. Makar Parva and Karama Parva are the two well known festivals of Mayurbhanj which are celebrated with pomp.The Kichakeswari temple and the sacred Bhimkund pool hold religious significance among visitors.
